These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrustedEssayReviews.com (the “Site”), an independent editorial website that publishes reviews, comparisons, rankings, and educational articles about essay writing services and related academic support providers. All reviews, scores, rankings, and commentary on the Site express independent editorial opinions of Trusted Essay Reviews and, where indicated, summaries of publicly available user feedback. They are not statements of absolute fact about future performance. Ratings reflect criteria such as transparency, pricing clarity, customer-service responsiveness, revision policies, reported delivery reliability, and website trust signals at the time of evaluation. 2. No affiliation unless disclosed

5. User conduct

You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have rights to post it. You may share links and short quotations with attribution for non-commercial commentary. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSTED ESSAY REVIEWS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY REVIEW. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
11. Indemnity
